Jim sez’ Ok, It might be hard on some easy on others and medium on.........Oh well let's you do it. Meet at the parking lot above the bathrooms at The Dam, 6:00pm Monday we'll be heading down the Upper Trail to the trail along the Flume, it will be the ride down the front of The Dam only backwards no not riding backwards how about clock wise and not counter clock wise. FULING FOR RECOVERY AND THAT AFTERNOON RIDE

I made some 100% organic beef vegetable stew in the slow cooker yesterday and who knew that it would complement a rainy day like today and it's a good recovery meal. Also found and been using this breakfast recipe for Steel-Cut Irish Oatmeal that will provide a great sorce of fuel for afternoon ride.
